CONDITIONS :
The rent for this unit is $1,950 per month for a 12-month lease and $2,150 per month for a lease of less than 12 months.
If the lease is not renewed, the tenant must honour all requests to visit, with 24 hours' notice.
Tenants must be approved by the landlord. The broker is responsible for checking the tenant's payment habits.
The landlord will have the flat cleaned prior to occupancy.
The tenant must pay $300 for exit cleaning by a cleaning company. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace.
Pets are not permitted.
Subletting is forbidden (under penalty of fine by the syndicate).
It is forbidden to make any alterations to the unit under penalty of a fine.
The tenant must provide $2,000,000 civil liability insurance.
The tenant must provide the landlord with a security deposit of one month's rent when the lease is signed.
