A $2 million liability insurance will be required before occupancy.
The landlord requires that the occupant is the person who is signing the lease ; any change to this must be approved by the landlord.
The tenant agrees to abide by the condominium rules and regulations, building, and sports center.
Cultivating cannabis is prohibited, both inside and outside (balcony) the condo.
The condo must be returned in the same good condition at the end of the lease as it was upon delivery.
